Vicki Caisley is a senior HR executive with over 30 years of experience and expertise in operating model design, transformation and supporting leadership teams through strategy execution and culture change.
She is no stranger to governance and has been a long-time community advocate. In 2022, she was added to the Insurance Business Elite Women list, and previously held a commissioner role with the NZ Fire Service. She’s also the previous chair at one of New Zealand’s largest primary schools on Auckland’s North Shore. When she’s not getting involved in the local community, she manages the team as Chief People Officer at AA. Safe to say, Vicki is an expert when it comes to supporting leadership teams!
Aside from her extensive management work, she also has a passion for the performing arts and is very familiar with Q Theatre and what we do, as her husband, Andrew Caisley, was Q’s inaugural chair and continues to provide pro bono legal advice from time-to-time. She believes that creating spaces such as Q, where artists and audiences can collide, is a great contributor to the overall wellbeing of the human condition and we couldn't agree more!
