Our box office at 305 Queen Street is not currently open during the day for ticket sales; however, it will be open at least an hour before any performances. Box office can get busy during performance times, so we recommend that you book online. Please note we operate a cashless Box Office and a handling fee* of $1.00 per ticket, up to $10.00 per transaction, will apply to each counter booking. We currently cannot accommodate AMEX cards but are working to amend this - apologies for any inconvenience.
* Q Theatre is an independent charitable trust. We operate our own booking and ticketing system. Your contribution plays a significant role in helping us keep our venue affordable for our artists and hirers.
PAYMENT TYPES
We accept Visa and MasterCard through all channels as well as cash and EFTPOS over the counter.
CONCESSIONS
Ticket prices and concession rates vary between shows. When booking, please select the price type which best applies to you and your party. Prices and concessions are set on a per-show basis and will vary.
COLLECTING TICKETS
There are two ways to get your tickets for Q:
- Tickets can be emailed as a printable PDF.
- You can collect them from our Box Office within an hour of the performance beginning.
RETURNS
All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or transfers are offered.
LATECOMERS
We can only let latecomers in when there is a suitable break in the performance. If there is no suitable break, then you may not be permitted into the performance. For the fine print when it comes to late arrivals, please see our Ticketing Terms and Conditions.
